SCRATCH OFF TICKET PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
WHAT IS THE PROMOTION?
When you use a Platinum Properties of Florida, LLC agent to buy any new home in the MIRADA subdivision in San Antonio, FL, you will get a closing cost credit on the settlement statement at closing.
HOW DO I GET THE CREDIT?
To get the closing cost credit, you must register one of our agents from Platinum Properties of Florida, LLC as your REALTOR© with the Builder. Some Builders require you to register us as your REALTOR© on your first visit. Contact one of our agents for a NOTICE OF BUYER REPRESENTATION TO HOME BUILDER form.
WHEN DO I GET THE CREDIT?
The closing cost credit will be applied to your closing costs and/or prepaids on the settlement statement at closing so you can bring less funds to closing for your new home.
HOW MUCH IS THE CREDIT?
The amount of the credit will be revealed when you remove the grey scratch off ink from the promotion ticket. Every ticket has a closing cost credit. There are three possible closing credit amounts: $500.00, $750.00 or $1000.00. One ticket per household per transaction.
WHY SHOULD I USE A REALTOR© TO BUY A NEW HOME?
As a Buyer, it is your choice if you want to be represented in your new home purchase. The sales agent at the model works for the builder, not you. When you use us, not only do you get our service of representing you, you also get a credit at closing paid by us that is stated on your scratch off ticket.
WILL I PAY MORE FOR MY NEW HOME IF YOU REPRESENT ME AS MY REALTOR©?
NO! Your home will not cost you anymore by using us as your REALTOR©. Builders typically pay real estate agents from a separate fund and it does not affect the price of the home.
WILL YOU CHARGE ME A TRANSACTION FEE?
NO! Platinum Properties of Florida, LLC does not charge a transaction fee to Buyers.
WHO PAYS YOU?
The Builder pays us in the form of a commission based on the sales price of the property. We are simply giving back a portion of the commission to you at closing.
WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS PROMOTION?
Platinum Properties of Florida, LLC is an independently owned Real Estate Brokerage firm based in San Antonio, FL. Broker/Owner, Allison Newlon, created this closing cost credit incentive as a way to promote our company. Instead of spending advertising dollars on traditional print and media outlets we have chosen to offer a credit at closing.
WILL YOU PUT THE CLOSING CREDIT AMOUNT IN WRITING?
YES! In fact, we insist on it. We will email you an Exclusive Buyer Brokerage Agreement form that both of us will sign.
HOW DO I GET A SCRATCH OF PROMOTION TICKET?
We can meet you at the MIRADA subdivision at a time that is convenient to both of us to give you a ticket beginning on February 7, 2020.
