I have been working as a realtor since 2015. In that time, I have helped numerous clients successfully buy and sell homes in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. Additionally, I have worked as a police officer since 2011 and have served as a member of the United States Coast Guard Reserve since 2006. My experiences have led to a belief in professionalism and organization that are needed in the real estate profession to ensure a successful closing. I Graduated from the University of South Florida in 2009 with a B.A. Criminology.
I have worked in real estate since 2012. I have a business/finance background with previous positions as a Bank Assistant Vice President, Bank Manager, Mortgage Loan Officer and Residential Lending Supervisor. Residing in Florida for over 35 years, I have lived and worked in Pasco, Polk, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Sarasota, and Manatee counties. With over a dozen moves under my belt I truly understand what it is like to relocate and I am dedicated to making the buying and selling process smooth and seamless. I love to play tennis and travel, especially to visit my two children in Louisville and Dallas. I am an avid college sports fan and will always be cheering for my alma mater, the Florida State Seminoles!
With many years of investing and completing my own real estate transactions, I’m excited to share my organizational skills and negotiating experiences in helping clients navigate the various steps in buying and selling property. I have spent the last 25 years with a major telecommunications company as a project management and planning professional and obtained my real estate license in 2018. Originally from NJ, I graduated with a BS in Decision Science from Rider University in ’88 and acquired my MBA from Nova Southeastern University in ’99. I reside in Dade City, FL with my wife Terri.
