A couple of weeks ago I was reading the Tampa Tribune. On the front page was an article about the discovery of a new planet that seems to be a lot like the planet Earth. The new planet might even have life on it. Exciting news!

Unexciting is the fact that although this information was on the front page, it was not the top headline. It was positioned under another headline. The top headline was that home sales are still in a slump.

Come on! Is the fact that home sales are still in a slump more important than the discovery of a new planet like Earth? I think not.

I wish the media would stop spooking buyers! It is actually a good time to buy real property. Buyer’s have many choices and can negotiate to a great price.

So, come on out of your shell buyers. Now is the time to buy real property at a fantastic price!
